A Caring Voluntary Charitable Service Our office is open Monday,Wednesday and Friday from 10.00-12.30.

We also have an Charity Outlet in San Javier which takes in donations from furniture,househol

d items,clothing and electrical goods(but these must be in full working order)
The address of the charity outlet is :- Avda de la union 57,San Javier,30730,Murcia. Opening hours of charity outlet are Monday-Friday 10.00-13.30. We also have a Man with a Van who is able to do pick-ups and deliveries on Wednesdays and Thursdays 10.30-13.30.Contact Tel. No:+34 686 482 541(please call during opening hours)

HELP loans mobility equipment and, in particular,mobility scooters, wheelchairs,rollators , walking frames,crutches along with some toilet/bath equipment including commodes. We only accept cash and some form of I.D is required when collecting any mobility items. Like all charities at this time we are always in need of volunteers for our office or charity outlet.If you wish to get involved please contacts us by telephone,Email or Facebook.

We at HELP are so grateful for all the donations that we receive. They are sold in the Outlet and the proceeds go to other small charities & good causes in the area 🥰 Every item of clothing, piece of furniture, cushion, birthday card, book or item of equipment hired helps to make a difference to someone else 💕 so thank you ❤! Our volunteers give their energy & time tirelessly, they're a dedicated bunch in both the Outlet & the Office, without them we'd be lost but they do have their limits, so please give us as much notice as possible if you need a furniture collection; as our driver has a full time job too 💪, so we can't overwork him, he's brilliant but unfortunately we've not found a way to clone him or any of our other volunteers yet 😀 Thank you again, from a small charity with a big ❤

En HELP estamos muy agradecidos por todas las donaciones que recibimos. Se venden en el Outlet y las ganancias se destinan a otras pequeñas organizaciones benéficas y buenas causas de la zona 🥰 Cada prenda de ropa, mueble, cojín, tarjeta de cumpleaños, libro o equipo alquilado ayuda a marcar la diferencia para alguien más 💕 ¡así que gracias ❤! Nuestros voluntarios dan su energía y tiempo incansablemente, son un grupo muy dedicado tanto en el Outlet como en la Oficina, sin ellos estaríamos perdidos pero tienen sus límites, así que por favor avísennos con la mayor antelación posible si necesitan que recojamos muebles; Como nuestro conductor también tiene un trabajo a tiempo completo 💪, no podemos sobrecargarlo de trabajo. Es genial, pero lamentablemente aún no hemos encontrado la manera de clonarlo ni a ninguno de nuestros otros voluntarios 😀

👋 One of the charities HELP has been supporting recently is RedMadre in Cartagena, they are currently supporting around 30 mums and they get through literally 1000's of nappies each & every month 🚼 baby wipes & feminine hygiene products too. 👩
