Partners for Transparency is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join its project team on a part-time basis for the following positions:
🔹 1. Project Coordinator – Part-Time (5 months )
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of project activities.
• Develop and follow up on project work plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with project partners, trainers, consultants, and beneficiaries.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Support communication, visibility, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with project and donor requirements.
Requirements:
• At least 6 years’ experience on project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably within NGOs or civil society organizations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
🔹 2. Assistant Project Coordinator – Part-Time- 5 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Project Coordinator in implementing project activities.
• Assist with event and training logistics.
• Communicate with participants, partners, and service providers.
• Maintain project files, attendance sheets, and documentation.
• Support data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist with social media and project communication activities when needed.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience on project management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience with NGO projects or community initiatives is an advantage.
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good command of English.
🔹 3. Project Accountant – Part-Time- 5 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records for the project.
• Process and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documents.
• Prepare financial reports and budget follow-up.
• Monitor project expenditures against the approved budget.
• Coordinate with the project team on financial and administrative matters.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial documents.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience, preferably with NGOs or donor-funded projects.
• Knowledge of project financial management and donor compliance is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English.
