In line with Egypt’s sustainable development goals and the Presidential “100 Million Trees” Initiative, the pilot "Raseef Restoration" project on Street 254 in Degla was officially completed and celebrated today with a joyful community planting event.
🌱 Residents, neighbors, Raseef Restoration team, Maadi Environmental Rangers, Tree Lovers Association, Degla Maadi Alliance and local community groups all came together to plant trees and greenery, bringing life and beauty back to the street.
The event was attended and supported by Maadi Municipality under the leadership of Mr. Mohamed Othman El Imam, Head of Maadi District, as part of ongoing efforts to expand green spaces, improve air quality, and encourage community participation in creating a cleaner and more beautiful neighborhood.
A special day where neighbors connected, planted together, and celebrated the power of community spirit.
📍Go check out Street 254 in Degla and enjoy the beauty of the new greenery. 🌿
