Development is a comprehensive concept that includes developing and empowering the person firstly through awareness and subsequently offering many opportunities to develop others in the community. Therefore, DEVELOPERS is here to complete a full development cycle. This is achieved mainly through:

- Providing training sessions that lead to bringing up new trainers who complete the learning cycle.

- Holding general awareness campaigns that unite all awareness programs on campus, connecting students with the real world.
