Job Opportunities – Etisal Assiut Association
Etisal Assiut Association is currently looking for qualified candidates to join its team in the following two positions:
1. Business Development & Partnerships Manager
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with experience in business development, partnerships, corporate engagement, sponsorships, and sustainability planning.
The selected candidate will support Etisal Assiut in developing strategic partnerships with private sector companies, technology firms, CSR programs, government entities, and other relevant stakeholders. The role will also focus on creating sustainable income opportunities through fee-based training, B2B services, sponsorship packages, and partnership-based programs.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales, CSR, or fundraising.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the technology, entrepreneurship, and youth employment ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience with NGOs, ICT organizations, startups, or development projects is an advantage.

2. AI Program & Technical Lead
We are also looking for an AI and advanced technology specialist to lead and support Etisal Assiut’s AI-related training and capacity-building programs.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and review of AI training curricula, coordinating with trainers and technical experts, mentoring youth and startups, supporting technical proposals, and helping the association integrate AI tools into its internal work and programs.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience with AI tools, machine learning concepts, automation, or AI-based applications.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in training, mentoring, curriculum development, or EdTech is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
