🧠The mind is a weapon system, and just like one hones their physical capabilities, the cognition must be deliberately trained and developed to grow professionally and personally.

Undersecretary of the Air Force Matt Lohmeier spoke on the importance of intellect and the need for to pursue continuous personal growth, authentic leadership and intentional intellectual development during a keynote address at the Air Force Sergeants Association Professional Airmen's Conference.

During his speech, Lohmeier emphasized that intellectual preparation is the foundation of military resilience, providing the mental clarity required to withstand disinformation campaigns from adversaries who seek to exploit fear, anger, and historical ignorance.

We are very appreciative for 86th Airlift Wing Command Chief attending our monthly meeting! His presentation was very impactful as well as his words of wisdom being very insightful! Thank you Chief!

Teammates, I attended our Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 1674 monthly meeting yesterday and I was surprised to see so many young Airmen getting involved and advocating for all Airmen across the KMC and our broader force.

I was asked a profound question from one of our teammates: what advice would I give my 20-year old self?

1. Don’t focus on what you can’t control, but absolutely control the things you can.
2. Don’t waste time because you can never give it back.
3. Crush your goals because you’re the only person that can stop you.
4. BONUS: Cherish the people that support you because they are truly rare.
