Tuesday’s meeting was officially ASTUTE! 🧠✨
We started the night dreaming of sunshine and suitcases, though it turns out most of us are still waiting to book our next holiday! ✈️🌍 Even without a boarding pass, the vibes were top-tier.

What went down:
🎤 3 Inspiring Prepared Speeches that gave us all the feels.
🎤 Table Topics that had us howling! The sales pitches were so creative and funny, we almost bought everything being sold! 🛍️😂
🎤 Valuable feedback to help us all keep levelling up.

Our latest meeting was officially ROBUST! 💪✨
We had a fantastic turnout with 9 guests joining the fun! The energy was incredible as we switched things up with a special Panel Discussion all about our upcoming board elections. 🗳️🎤

It was so inspiring to talk about the heart of our club and the leadership roles that make the magic happen. Of course, it wouldn't be a Toastmasters night without:

The results are in, and we are absolutely beaming with pride! Our journey to Berlin this past Saturday for the Division Contest was a resounding success for Leipzig Toastmasters. Our very own Ines delivered a truly world-class performance and brought home a collection of medals for our club.

Here is how the legendary day unfolded:
Table Topics: A brilliant Bronze medal! 🥉
Evaluation: Another fantastic Bronze medal! 🥉
And now, for the moment we have all been waiting for, a massive drumroll for the prepared speech section...

Ines took home 1ST PLACE! 🏆🥇
This is an incredible achievement and a testament to the hard work, passion, and eloquence Ines brings to the stage. Because of this phenomenal win, she is heading to the District Level!

The Road to District:
Ines will be representing us in Essen from 8th to 10th May. This is a huge milestone, and we are so excited to support her as she takes her winning speech to the next level.
We are so incredibly proud of you, Ines! Thank you for representing Leipzig Toastmasters with such grace and power. 🚀✨

Spring has officially sprung at Leipzig Toastmasters! 🌸✨

Tuesday’s meeting was all about being COHESIVE. From our opening chats about blooming flowers and warmer days to our final evaluations, the vibes were spot on! 🌿

The Highlights:
🎤 3 incredible prepared speeches, including a brilliant session by Ines!
🏆 Ines is currently gearing up to represent us at the Division Contest in Berlin, and hearing her speak was such a treat!
🎤 Creative Table Topics that kept us all on our toes.
🎤 Valuable feedback that tied the whole evening together perfectly.

We loved hearing what everyone is looking forward to this spring. Whether it is more sunshine or more speaking opportunities, we are here for it! ☀️

What a night! Tuesday’s meeting was a true CATALYST for inspiration! 🌟✨
We started with the ultimate debate: Cheesecake or Apple Pie? 🍰🍎 While the jury is still out on the dessert, the energy was 100% sweet!

Tuesday night’s highlights:
🎤 A brilliant Icebreaker from our newest member who shared his journey.
🎤 A moving speech about navigating tough times and finding yourself again.
🎤 An insightful look at the "little voice" in our heads that shapes our reality.

BIG NEWS: Our third speaker is taking that incredible speech to the next level! She is representing our club at the Area Contest in Dresden this Saturday, 14th March. We are so proud and wish her the best of luck! 🏆🏆🏆

To celebrate International Women’s Day, our Table Topics focused on amazing inventions by women. 👩‍🔬 The room was filled with lovely guests and so many laughs. Thank you to everyone who made it special.

Our next meeting on Tuesday, 10th February is a special Carnival / Fasching Theme Night! 🎊

We want to see what Carnival means to you. Costumes are highly encouraged, but feel free to simply wear your favourite bright colours or anything that feels festive. The more creative, the better! 🎭
