🎲 What a wonderful evening at our Invest in Youth Board Game Picnic! 🎲

We were delighted to bring the Invest in Youth board game to Schlossgarten, Erlangen, where participants came together to learn, play, and connect in a relaxed outdoor setting.

As part of our Erasmus+ project, young people had the opportunity to experience the financial literacy board game developed in partnership with organizations from Germany, Portugal, and Italy. Through interactive gameplay and engaging discussions, we explored topics such as budgeting, financial decision-making, and the impact our everyday choices can have on society.

It was inspiring to see participants actively engaging with these topics, sharing their ideas, and learning from one another in such an open and welcoming atmosphere.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so enjoyable. We look forward to continuing to promote financial literacy and reaching even more young people through Invest in Youth! ✨

🌿 Bloom Beyond Youth | Youth Exchange in Mollina, Spain 🇪🇸

23 young people from Spain, Italy and Germany gathered together in Mollina, Spain, for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Bloom Beyond Youth to explore sustainability, green living and intercultural learning.

Over the course of the exchange, participants discovered how everyday choices can contribute to a more sustainable future. Through interactive workshops, practical activities and discussions, they explored topics such as waste reduction, responsible consumption and environmental awareness while learning from one another's cultures, experiences and perspectives.

For Highlights e.V., projects like these are about creating spaces where young people can connect across borders, exchange ideas and return home inspired to take action within their own communities.

A huge thank you to our partners, the organisers and every participant who made this exchange such a meaningful experience. We can't wait to see the ideas and initiatives that continue to grow long after the project has ended. 🌍💚

Open Call for German Participants 🇩🇪

Are you interested in AI, social media, cybersecurity, and digital skills? 📱💻🔐

We are looking for participants from Germany to join an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Bansko, Bulgaria from 22 June to 2 July 2026.

During the exchange, you will explore topics such as:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Media Literacy and Critical Thinking
• Cybersecurity and Online Safety
• Digital Citizenship
• Responsible Use of Technology

The project is designed for young people aged 16–25 and will bring together participants from different European countries to learn, exchange experiences, and develop new skills in an intercultural environment.

📍 Location: Bansko, Bulgaria
📅 Dates: 22 June – 2 July 2026
👥 Age: 16–25 years
💶 Erasmus+ funded (accommodation, meals, and travel reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules)

We were happy to bring "Invest in Youth" to Nürnberg through our local dissemination event, organised in collaboration with ESG Nürnberg 🇩🇪

As part of our Erasmus+ project, participants had the opportunity to test the financial literacy board game that was developed together with partners from Germany, Portugal and Italy. Through interactive play and discussion, we explored topics such as budgeting, financial decision-making, civic responsibility and the impact our everyday choices can have on society.

It was wonderful to see young people engaging with these topics, sharing their perspectives and learning from one another in an open and supportive environment.

A big thank you to for hosting and supporting this event, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussions.

Looking forward to continuing these conversations and reaching even more young people through Invest in Youth ✨

Behind every statistic is a young person trying to navigate studies, work, relationships, uncertainty, and the pressure to keep up.

Mental health is not only about preventing crises. It is about creating environments where young people can feel supported, connected, resilient, and empowered to thrive.

Through WELLCORE project , we are working together with youth workers and organizations across Europe to make wellbeing a more visible and practical part of youth work.

Partners from Germany, Portugal and Italy came together in Italy for a 3 day Training Course as part of Invest in Youth 🇩🇪🇵🇹🇮🇹

As part of the Invest in Youth Erasmus+ project, 14 participants including youth workers and young learners came together to test a board game designed to make financial literacy more practical and accessible.

We tested the game we have been creating, gathered feedback together and worked on facilitation techniques, while exploring how we can take this further in our respective countries.

It was an incredible experience having both youth learners and youth workers in the same space. It really helped bring in different perspectives and learn from each other in a meaningful way.

We are excited to announce the upcoming WELLcore: Creative Tools for Well-being, Connection, and Resilience training course, co-funded by the European Union and hosted by Highlights e.V. in Nuremberg, Germany 🇩🇪

From 23rd–28th May 2026, youth workers, trainers, and community leaders from across Europe will come together to explore creative and inclusive approaches to mental well-being, resilience-building, and meaningful community engagement.

What do you love the most about youth exchange?
For us, it's the continuous learning to be around new people. It started a bit akward, uncomfortable until.. thoughts are shared and appreciated, voices turne to melding accoustic night together. In these seven days of learning within Path2Wellness framework, we also trying to be there for ourselves and for others.
