Starting Monday, June 15, we will have Summer Strength and Conditioning at the high school three times a week!
It is a great opportunity for our athletes and student body to remain active and get stronger over the summer months. As a school, we sustained too many injuries this school year, and more than half could have been prevented with proper strength and conditioning.
The program was created with all students in mind, no matter their experience. We something for everyone, so no one should be scared or intimidated to come.
Participants attending must be entering high school next year, have a physical on file with Nurse Gregg, and wear closed toe shoes to the gym.
