🎉Division B just leveled up!
We recently hosted an impactful training session especially for Area & Division Councils designed to sharpen our outreach and strengthen our leadership network. A massive thank you to our phenomenal trainers, Godalys Reina, DTM, PRA; Roxienne Albertina, DTM and our DivD Marilyn Passial-Elodia, DTM; for sharing their invaluable expertise!

Our members and leaders dived deep into three essential pillars:
- Marketing Strategy: Creating tailored approaches to attract and better target prospective members.
- Media Presence: Mastering the art of promotion through Radio and TV channels.
- Leadership Excellence: Aligning Area and Division Council roles and responsibilities.

Thank you to everyone who brought their energy and insights to the table. We are ready to amplify our voices, grow our clubs, and continue leading with purpose across Division B!😀

“Together, We Grow Stronger”

On Saturday, August 1, 2026, members from Orua Toastmasters Club, University of Aruba Toastmasters Club, Yamanota Toastmasters Club, and Baranca Toastmasters Club came together for Club Officer Training 1 (COT1) in Area 21, Division B, District 222.

Club Officer Training equips incoming club officers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to lead successful Toastmasters clubs throughout the year. From creating engaging meetings to supporting member growth and building strong leadership teams, every role plays a vital part in a club's success.

When club officers learn together, they exchange ideas, strengthen their leadership skills, and build connections that benefit not only their own clubs but the entire Toastmasters community.

Because when we invest in better leaders, we build stronger clubs.
