A chapter closes, the journey continue !

The MTN Foundation Cameroon brought together outgoing and incoming Board members for a transition dinner filled with appreciation, shared moments and excitement for the future.

In preparation for the celebration of Women's Rights Day on March 8th, MTN Foundation joined the Women in Tech network of MTN Cameroon on Tuesday, March 3rd, at the IUC Douala Logbessou campus and at the National Advanced School of Engineering in Yaoundé, with nearly 200 girls in attendance.

The Douala delegation was led by Aline Flore Jounewe, President of MTN Women in Tech. The objective of the initiative was to engage in an open, heartfelt conversation with young women soon to graduate as engineers in industrial and technological fields, to encourage them, inspire them, and help them understand that they must pursue their dreams with confidence and give their very best both in their studies and in their future professional environments.

The session was made lively and interactive through games, with small tokens of appreciation awarded to participants who provided the best responses, creating a warm and motivating atmosphere for the girls.

Together, we connect, empower, and transform lives.

MTN Skills Academy hits Babadjou & Dschang

The MTN Skills Academy rolled into Babadjou and Dschang from 24 to 27 February, equipping young talents with practical digital skills designed for today’s opportunities and tomorrow’s careers.

From digital productivity and online branding to career readiness and innovation mindset, participants didn’t just learn - they leveled up.

The vibe? Curious minds. Bold ideas. Future-ready changemakers.

MTN Foundation believe access to digital skills is access to opportunity. And seeing the enthusiasm and determination in Babadjou and Dschang proves one thing: the future of Cameroon’s digital economy is bright.
