Delia Joseph is a life coach, mediator, and Improveologist who believes in the power of lived experience, community wisdom, and intentional living. Her work is rooted in creating space for truth, choice, and self-respect through a trauma-informed, heart-led approach.
You are invited to a supportive, community-centered conversation about the words we use, especially the ones we learned just to survive.
In this gathering, we’ll explore how language shapes how we see ourselves and how we move through the world. We’ll reflect together, share wisdom, and learn from one another’s experiences... because none of us got here alone.
