Made a new acquaintance while visiting friends in Port Perry. One trumpeter every day and other days up to three came for a feed of corn.

With a few Swans in attendance , it was a lovely day and setting to be able to present our $500.00 donation to the Wheatley Talbot Trail Jr. Golf program.
So many excited young ones of all ages, enthusiastic isn't a big enough word!
Under the guidance of Jessica Coulter and Nicole Coulter, (no relation☺️), Jr. Golf Coordinators, and Course Manager Phil Guenther, 125 happy kids enjoyed their opening day with a hot dog, chips and a drink to wind up the morning.
This is a huge undertaking and with the help of approximately 30 volunteers, the future of golf in Wheatley is in good hands.

Thanks to Chances Leamington for the opportunity to earn funds for our Community.

A faithful few of the Wheatley Swans hold a bingo session at the Meadows once a month. For the month of June we have pictured Swans Judy Malott, Geri Vary and Marjorie Jackson (organizer).
By the number in attendance, it is a much anticipated event by the residents.

Prizes and snacks are provided by funds that we receive for our volunteer hours Chances Leamington.

What an incredible evening celebrating innovation, determination, and entrepreneurship at our Take Your Shot Final Event! 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported our participants throughout their entrepreneurial journey. Your encouragement and enthusiasm helped make this event a tremendous success.

Congratulations to all of our Take Your Shot business and scholarship winners! Your hard work, creativity, and dedication have truly paid off, and we are excited to see what the future holds for each of you.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our Take Your Shot Committee members, coaches, judges, sponsors, and volunteers. Your time, expertise, and commitment made this program possible and helped empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Thank you for being part of this inspiring experience. Together, we are helping young people turn their ideas into opportunities and their dreams into reality.

Beautiful smiles on the faces of Swans Judy, Pauline, Katie, Daria and Nancy as they graciously volunteered at The Meadows spaghetti dinner fundraiser.

Elvis and Karaoke Bob were in the house as the entertainment.

And in the kitchen, Judy learned how to cut a slab cake into equal size pieces.
