The tenth annual Unscripted Twillingate Digital Arts Festival takes place September 19 - 22, 2024, in Twillingate, Newfoundland, on Canada's North East Coast. This festival celebrates digital creativity in a week of learning, sharing, creating and celebrating. Four days filled with music & entertainment and workshops focused on digital arts, photography, videography, blogging, and social media and

enjoying the beautiful Twillingate outdoors. Leading minds in interactive media and outdoor adventure will guide photo hikes, filmmaking projects, and leading-edge technology experiences such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality and photography workshops. Twillingate, known as the Iceberg Capital of the World, is also known for its breathtaking coastline, outport culture and heritage, coastal hiking trails, ocean experiences and whale watching. Live your digital passion while foraging for berries and mushrooms along Twillingate's trails. Immerse your lens in blazing sunsets, shimmering oceans and unscripted moments.

Unscripted Digital Arts Festival is now officially Unscripted Arts Festival Twillingate 🎨 🌊

Along with our new name comes a full brand refresh, including a refreshed logo, updated colours, and a new website experience designed to better reflect the energy, creativity, and evolution of the festival.

While digital arts remain an important part of who we are, this next chapter embraces the broader artistic experiences that make Unscripted so unique, from music and storytelling to workshops, performances, visual arts, culture, and community connection.

Join our team: Season Extension Coordinator - Twillingate Season Network Project

We’re looking for a Season Extension Coordinator to help build a stronger, more sustainable year-round tourism economy. This is a hands-on, community-based role where you’ll work directly with local businesses, partners, and stakeholders to develop off-season experiences and bring more visitors to the region outside peak summer.

What you’ll do:
• Work with operators to develop and launch off-season experiences
• Build partnerships that support season extension
• Collaborate on product development and promotion
• Share tools to help businesses become more market-ready
• Keep projects moving and make things happen

Based in Twillingate
Full-time contract (to March 31, 2028)
Salary up to $60,000
