Applications for the 2026 IGNITE Pride Scholarship open today - Monday, June 1.
Each year, IGNITE awards five $1,000 scholarships to students from Humber Polytechnic and the University of Guelph-Humber who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
Created to help reduce financial barriers, the scholarship also celebrates students who demonstrate leadership and make meaningful contributions to their communities on and off campus.

Toronto can be really expensive, so we challenged our Social Media Assistant, Kamilla, to spend a day out in the city.... with only $20.
Between free activities, affordable food spots, little pop-ups, and places that are free for students, the day ended up being way more fun than expected.
This is proof that you can still enjoy the city on a student budget if you know where to go!
