Feedback can make all the difference!

Here’s how to elevate your speech evaluations:
1️⃣ Spot Their Strengths: Acknowledge what the speaker did well to boost their confidence and positivity.

2️⃣ Be Clear and Specific: Use “I noticed...” or “I felt...” to ensure your feedback is helpful and supportive.

3️⃣ Celebrate Growth: Show them how far they’ve come — even small progress deserves recognition!

4️⃣ Lead with Kindness: Frame feedback with care and choose the right moment to share constructive thoughts.

📢 Toastmasters Tip: Bring Your Words to Life with Gestures!

✨ Gestures add energy and clarity to your message, helping you connect with your audience more deeply. Here are five essential tips for mastering gestures:

1. Use Arms, Hands, and Fingers – Emphasize key points and keep your audience engaged.
2. Open Palms Build Trust – Showing your palms creates an open, welcoming impression.
3. Stay in the "Strike Zone" – Keep gestures between your head and belly for maximum effect.
4. Avoid the "Fig Leaf" – Hands crossed at the groin can look closed-off; stay open and confident.
5. For Online Speeches – Make sure your hands are visible in the frame before you start!

💪 Remember, gestures are a powerful tool to make your message memorable and engaging!
