UPDATE ON HOURS....

The Meeting Place will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9th, 2026.

We will also be closed Tuesday, September 15th and Wednesday, September 16th, 2026.

The Tobermory FoodBank will be open from 1 - 3 pm on Tuesday, September 15th.

We are so happy to be able to be a part of this initiative. And very grateful for everyone's generosity towards the residents of tht Brad Davis Senior Apartments.

Treasurer Bev Miller presents a $500 cheque to Sarah Community Coordinator of the Tobermory Meeting Place . This will provide support to the Seniors who had the fire at the Seniors Apartments.

It is heart breaking that someone is helping themselves to the mulch that has been generously donated to the Trail Walk Play Coves project. This project is being undertaken by The Meeting Place, using grant money and volunteers for the betterment of the park for the children of Tobermory.

August 25 -- last day for donations to the Thrift Shop!
August 27 -- BBQ at the Thrift Shop at noon. All proceeds from the BBQ and sales that day donated to the Fire Relief Fund!

The Meeting Place is looking for volunteer drivers available every other Thursday around 11am. This would be to deliver Good To Go Meal kits to Ferndale. KM reimbursement is available. For more information please email [email protected] or call 519-596-2313.
