Swift Current SCOUTS/Group2 Scouts have a lot of fun discovering new things and experiences they wouldn't have elsewhere. Scouts Canada is the country's leading youth organization.

For more than 100 years, we have brought a world of adventure, outdoor experience and friendship to 17 million Canadian youth. Along the way they develop into capable, confident and well-rounded individuals, better prepared for success in the world. Scouting offers a world where you can discover the best in yourself and the best in others. Dollar for dollar, our programs provide significant value. They run all year round and offer adventures that youth will remember for a lifetime!

Congratulations to the Swift Current SCOUTS/Group2 on being named a 2026 HOST Program Recipient! This program is proudly funded by Community Futures Southwest as they understand the importance of bringing events to our community.

Over the May long weekend they hosted CWE Wrestling as a fundraiser at the Col. Clifton Center. This event brought people into Swift Current from all over Saskatchewan and was standing room only!

We had an INCREDIBLE time doing the Work Bee out at Camp Thomson this year! What did we do?
We planted 99 trees that were donated by SaskPower
Installed an Overhead Door that was donated by Steel-Craft Door Products Ltd. in Regina
FINALLY installed the septic tank which was donated by Souris Valley Industries Ltd, brought in by DTD Oilfield Services (at no charge), holes dug by Jesse Genns, in Silverline Construction Ltd.'s equipment, and installed by Swift Plumbing & Heating Ltd. at an incredible discount!
We also installed our new WHITEBOARD wall in the training room sponsored by Sask Lotteries and City of Swift Current!

I also want to shout out to all of the VOLUNTEERS who came out to help with all of these projects! We couldn't do any of this without you! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING you do!
