The Salt Spring Island Chamber of Commerce is hiring a seasonal Saturday Parking Attendant for the new Ganges Hill parking lot from May–October 2026.

If you’re friendly, organized, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors, this could be the perfect summer role. Help welcome visitors, coordinate parking volunteers, support local charities through our donation-based parking program, and keep Market Saturdays running smoothly in Ganges.

⏰ 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
📍 Ganges Hill Parking Lot

After years on hiatus, we’re thrilled to be bringing the guide back with a fresh new “Travel Like a Local” approach focused on storytelling, creativity, and connection to the island experience.

20,000 copies will be distributed:
• aboard BC Ferries
• in Vancouver + Victoria airports
• through the BC Visitor Centre Network
• and across Salt Spring Island
