Join us for a time of connection, creativity, and healing.
In partnership with Caring Hearts, we invite you and your family members to our Family Cultural Healing Workshop on Saturday, November 7th, at 10am. Located at the Mitakuyé Owâs’ā Centre, 1770 Halifax St, Regina, SK.
We will begin with a sharing circle, making space to listen, connect, and honour what each family member carries. Sharing is always a choice – your presence is enough. We will then explore Healing Through Art, allowing creativity to express what words sometimes cannot. Through the teaching of kinship, we are reminded that we each have a place in the circle. Coming together offers an opportunity to strengthen those connections and nurture our hearts and spirits.
