✨Feature Friday: Miss Juliette! ✨
Our boss has been writing our Feature Fridays for everyone else and told us she wasn’t writing one for herself… so we took it upon ourselves to write a Feature Friday about the person who truly keeps this ship afloat!

Miss Juliette has stepped into the role of interim director while our current director is on maternity leave. In her short time as director, she has faced numerous challenges, but through every one of them, she has continued to carry herself with grace while managing those around her with respect, patience and composure.

Miss Juliette leads our team with collaboration as a main focus. She shows us that leadership is a team effort and actively seeks out and values the input of others. She is always thinking of those around her, making sure every voice is heard and every opinion is respected. She is her employees biggest advocate and always stands behind their thoughts and opinions. While she always keeps the best interests of the daycare and staff at the forefront of every decision, she is also incredibly decisive. When she makes a decision, she stands by it and sees it through — something we truly admire about her.

Miss Juliette is also never afraid to get her hands dirty and shows us every day that she is part of our team through and through. Whether she’s changing diapers during a busy time, helping with lunches or transitions, shoveling pea gravel on the playground, helping with tricky behaviors, leading an activity, or cleaning — she is right there alongside us. She shows us that she is never above her staff and would never ask us to do something she wouldn’t do herself.

And of course, Miss Juliette is loved by all of our littles! You know the minute she enters a room because it is immediately filled with excitement and “Hi Miss Juliette!” from every direction.

What we love and respect most about Miss Juliette is her honesty. She has an open-door policy and is always willing to lend an ear, whether we simply need someone to listen or we need help working through a problem. She is patient, compassionate, open-minded and genuinely cares about the people she leads.

When staff were asked how they would describe Miss Juliette as a boss, the words that came up were kind, hardworking, easygoing, thoughtful and always willing to help. Miss Juliette, we truly can’t thank you enough for everything you do for our team. You stepped into a challenging role and have handled it with so much strength, grace and heart. You support us, listen to us, work alongside us and remind us every day what it means to be a great leader.

✨ Feature Friday: Miss Bella! ✨

Our Feature Friday this week is a special one because we are celebrating Miss Bella! 💕

Miss Bella joined our team last September, and we truly feel so lucky to have had her with us for almost a year! She is one of those special people who has a way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and important. 🥰

Miss Bella is incredibly patient with our little learners. She gives them the time, space, and encouragement they need to make choices, explore, and learn at their own pace. She is also so welcoming to our families and always helps create a warm and comfortable environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Bella is the definition of flexible, reliable, and resilient. No matter what challenges the day may bring, she is always willing to step up, find a solution, and keep going with a positive attitude. She somehow manages to balance a million things at once and makes it look effortless! 💪✨

Miss Bella is currently working toward her Level 2, and her creativity truly shines through in the activities and experiences she creates for our little learners. She takes initiative, brings new ideas to the classroom, and is always looking for ways to make learning fun and meaningful. 🎨🌈

We are so grateful for everything Miss Bella brings to our team and to our daycare community. Her patience, kindness, creativity, and dedication make such a difference every day. 💗

✨ Feature Friday – Miss Christie ✨

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on a familiar and very special face around the daycare — Miss Christie! 💕 Christie has been part of our daycare family for a few years now, and we certainly aren’t letting her go anytime soon! 😉

Miss Christie has a heart of gold and loves on our little ones like a grandma. 🥰 She has a special way of comforting our children and somehow always seems to know exactly how to get a baby settled and off to sleep at nap time.

Christie is also the definition of dependable and flexible. Whether it’s bringing in a special treat for the staff, making a stop in town for supplies, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, Miss Christie is always willing to help! And she doesn’t stop there — she even manages to rope her husband into the daycare fun, whether that means bringing us a coffee ☕ or dressing up as Santa to surprise our littles! 🎅

We are so lucky to have someone as caring, reliable, and generous as Miss Christie on our team. Thank you, Miss Christie, for everything you do for our daycare, our staff, and most importantly, our children. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

Miss Sree is truly one of the most selfless people you'll ever meet. She is always looking for ways to grow, improve, and become the very best educator she can be. Her dedication to both the children and our daycare never goes unnoticed.

A true fan favorite among the children, Miss Sree creates meaningful connections through her patience, kindness, and gentle nature. While she may be one of the quieter members of our team, she reminds us that sometimes the quietest people have the biggest hearts—and that couldn't be more true of Miss Sree.

✨ Feature Friday – Miss Dakota ✨

Miss Dakota has been a valued part of our daycare family for over three years, bringing creativity, initiative, and a contagious sense of humor every single day!

Better known around the daycare as "Koda," she's a favorite among the children and truly one of a kind.

As our Assistant Director, Miss Dakota is truly the glue that holds our team together. She is one of the hardest-working people you'll ever meet and is always the first to jump in wherever she's needed. Whether she's supporting our staff, tackling behind-the-scenes projects, or taking on tasks that often go unnoticed, she gives 110% to everything she does. From helping lead the incredible transformation of our outdoor yard to keeping our center running smoothly each day, so much of what happens at our daycare is possible because of her dedication, leadership, and tireless work ethic. 🌈🌞

One of the things we love most about Miss Dakota is her amazing sense of humor. She has a way of finding something to laugh about in every situation and can turn even the busiest or most stressful day into one filled with smiles. Her quick wit, endless jokes, and ability to make everyone around her laugh bring so much joy to our team. Her positive attitude is truly contagious, and she reminds us not to take life too seriously.

Miss Dakota also connects so well with our daycare families. As a daycare parent herself, with two little girls who attend our center, she understands firsthand the trust families place in us each day.

In just a short time, Miss Dakota will be heading off on maternity leave as she begins an exciting new chapter with her growing family. While we are so incredibly excited for her, we'll definitely miss her smiling face, her laughter echoing through the halls, and the positivity, kindness, and dedication she brings to our daycare every single day.💕✨
