We have two special plants that are worth coming out for. Gomphrena is a super drought resistant plant that flowers all summer. And then there's Verveine bonariensis, this species of verbena is commonly known as tall verbena, Brazilian verbena and purpletop vervain, thanks to its lofty purple blooms. One week to go!

Orleans Blooms is almost here—bring your family, your friends, and your love of gardening.

🌱🎮 Calling all kids!

There’s lots of fun in store at this year’s Orleans Blooms.

We’ve expanded our Kids’ Corner, where kids of all ages can stop by to learn about plants, gardening, and how things grow. There will be hands-on activities, fun discoveries, and a few surprises along the way.

And speaking of surprises… the great people at LDB Duel
and Danireon Cards and Games
in the Orléans Town Centre have helped us put together something special for young visitors.

Let’s just say that whether it’s a tomato 🌱 or a Jigglypuff ⚡… you’ll want to catch them all.

Join us May 23 at St. Helen’s Church for a fun day of plants, local vendors, and community activities for the whole family.

🌱🎮 Avis à tous les jeunes!

Il y aura beaucoup de plaisir au Coin des enfants à Orléans Blooms cette année.

Nous avons agrandi notre espace pour les enfants, où les jeunes de tous âges pourront découvrir les plantes, le jardinage et apprendre comment les choses poussent. Activités pratiques, découvertes amusantes et quelques surprises seront au rendez-vous.

Et parlant de surprises… les formidables équipes de LDB Duel
et de Danireon Cards and Games
au centre-ville d’Orléans nous ont aidés à préparer quelque chose de spécial pour les jeunes visiteurs.

Disons simplement que, qu’il s’agisse d’une tomate 🌱 ou d’un Jigglypuff ⚡… il faudra tous les attraper.

Joignez-vous à nous le 23 mai à l’église St. Helen’s pour une journée remplie de plantes, de vendeurs locaux et d’activités communautaires pour toute la famille.

• Pulled pork sandwiches from Lieutenant’s Pump

• Fresh coffee from BBCR (Brown Bag Coffee Roasters) right here in Orléans ☕

Spring planting season is here, and Orléans Blooms is almost ready to welcome you back for another great community day in Orléans.

🌱 Canadian-grown plants from Peter Knippel’s
🌶 Specialty plants from Lina, the Hot Pepper Lady
🛍 Local vendors, artists, and artisans
☕ Great coffee, BBQ, treats, and snacks
🎈 A fun kids’ area with hands-on activities
