Not planning for zero deaths on Ottawa Roads is the same as planning for deaths. This is an outcome, not an accident.

understands that human drivers make mistakes, and we need to be designing road systems so that when mistakes occur, they prevent outcomes like death or serious injuries.

👉 Losing speed cameras made our communities considerably less safe.
