Can we create ground-oriented- ish homes on the North Shore that cost $350,000? Turns out we can make this happen. Not only can we make it happen, but we don’t need a cent of public subsidy.

The District of North Van is updating its transportation plan. They want your feedback to help shape the new plan. We know what we'll be saying, and it won't be "we need free parking and more lanes of traffic".

We are working to create a Community Transportation Plan – a new, long-range planning document that sets out the vision, priorities, objectives, and action plan to meet the current and future transportation needs of the District.
