The Middlesex county women’s institute scholarship is valued at $500.00**. You must be planning to enroll at post secondary institution in the fall of 2025. Include a transcript from your school of your grade 12 marks to date. Attach a list from 4-H Ontario of the 4-H clubs that you have completed.

**Please remember when including a letter of reference that your reference may not be a relative of yours. **

The David Perrin Memorial Award, established by the Perrin Family and members of the farm community, supports students pursuing post-secondary education who share a commitment to farm safety.

Two $1,500 awards are available annually for current or former 4-H participants.
