This Labour Day weekend, there’s plenty happening in Mission, BC.
On September 5th, cool off at the Beat The Heat Water Bash with Mission Fire Rescue, or head to the Mission City Farmers Market to find local vendors and community fun.

Looking for a few more ways to spend the weekend in downtown? Grab a coffee, check out the end-of-summer sales at the local shops, meet a friend for lunch, enjoy dinner out one night, go thrifting and antiquing, or take part in some of the activities happening at the Mission library!

Have you noticed the new art making its way through Downtown Mission? 🎨
Created by UFV’s 2026 Public Art student cohort, the new Unity Stair Mural brings colour, creativity and pieces of Mission’s history, nature and community to the stairs beside the Mission Museum.

We love seeing public spaces in Downtown Mission transformed through art and collaboration! 💙

A beautiful reminder of what can happen when creativity and community come together.
