In October 1981, the Valley Women’s Network was founded by a group of women, including Sharon Syrette, who remains a valued member in Mission. We express our gratitude for her continued participation in our lunch gatherings. Originally established to unite women from diverse backgrounds, our mission is to foster mutual support, share ideas, and encourage peer learning. Our overarching goal is to "Promote the Interest of Women through Networking, Education, and Friendships."
Today, we proudly serve as a platform for members to engage and participate in informative discussions covering self-care, health, safety, well-being, and successful business practices. "Friendship and supporting one another in business and volunteer passion has been a big takeaway for me.” Although we dont focus on business in this group we support and lift to help each member to be the best they can be at whatever they do!
