Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all!

We know this time of year can be heartwarming or heartbreaking, enchanting or challenging, and everything in between.

If you are struggling right now, here are 10 ways to support yourself if the holidays are a hard time for you:

1) Check out all the creative ideas in this illustration - and share it far and wide!
2) Reach out to your supports; plan times to see people offline and in real life
3) Plan something you can look forward to - no matter how small!
4) Practice gratitude for what you do have
5) Find a way to be there for others who are also struggling
6) Reach out to friends
7) Set boundaries with people around use of substances around the holidays, and know that you can always walk away from situations without saying a word. (See #2 or #6 if you need help with this)
8) Breathe!
9) Practice heaps of self-care
10) Know it will be over
