A New Season of Connection is Blooming in Markham!

Markham Community Connect (MCC) is thrilled to officially announce our newest initiative: "Seniors in Bloom: From Isolation to Connection". Since April, our team has been working diligently behind the scenes—planning workshops, coordinating with volunteers, and listening to our seniors—to create a space where everyone feels at home. This year-round program is designed specifically for seniors aged 60+ to stay active, share wisdom, and build lasting friendships.

Throughout this week, we’ll be sharing "catch-up" highlights from our early planning sessions, community consultations, and our recent wellness activation.
