Last Friday, the youth of Sourp Kevork came together for an inspiring with Deacon Harout Guloyan, exploring “What Things Should We Leave Behind to Live a Christ-Like Life?” 🙏✨

Through the story of St. George, we were reminded of the power of courage, faith, and perseverance — and challenged to reflect on the things we may need to let go of in order to grow closer to Christ. ❤️‍🔥

An evening filled with faith, meaningful conversations, and great fellowship!

Անցեալ Ուրբաթ, Սուրբ Գէորգի երիտասարդութիւնը համախմբուեցաւ՝ Յարութ սարկաւագ Կիւլօյեանին հետ ներշնչողական երեկոյի մը՝ «Ի՞նչ բաներ պէտք է ետին ձգենք՝ Քրիստոսի նման կեանք մը ապրելու համար» խորագրով։ 🙏✨

Սուրբ Գէորգի կեանքին եւ պատմութեան ընդմէջէն, սորվեցանք քաջութեան, հաւատքի եւ տոկունութեան ուժը, եւ հրաւիրուեցանք մտածելու այն բաներուն մասին, զորս պէտք է ձգենք, որպէսզի աւելի մօտենանք Քրիստոսին։ ❤️‍🔥

Կիրակի , 28 Յունիս 2026 Ս. Գէորգ Եկեղեցոյ պատանիները մեկնեցան New Jersey մասնակցելու Տաթեւացի Սուրբ Գրային ճամբարին։ Բարի երթ մեր սիրասուն պատանիներուն եւ շնորհակալութիւն բոլոր նուիրատուներուն։

Sunday, June 28, 2026 Youth of Sourp Kevork Church departed to New Jersey to participate Datevatsi Armenian Bible Camp.

ԵՐԻՏԱՍԱՐԴԱՑ ՍԵՄԻՆԱՐ 2026

«Ով որ ծարաւ է՝ թող ինծի գայ եւ խմէ։ Ով որ ինծի կը հաւատայ, ինչպէս Սուրբ գիրքը կ՚ըսէ՝ «Անոր սիրտէն կենսատու ջուրի գետեր պիտի բղխին»։ Յով 7:37

Մայիս 15-17, 2026 Եկեղեցւոյս Երիտասարդացը ունեցաւ իր տարեկան առանձնացում սեմինարը Camp de la Montagne-ի մէջ։ Հետաքրքրակն եւ ուսուցողական նիւթեր, խաղեր եւ աղօթքի մտերմիկ պահերը նորոգեցին մեր երիտսադներու հոգիները։ Այս տարուայ հիւր խօսնակն էր Գերապատիւ Հ. Գեղարդ Ծյր. Վարդապետ Գիւսպեքեան, որը ներկայացուց «Ո՞վ է Սուրբ Հոգին» եւ «Ուղղափառ Հոգեւորութիւն» նիւթերը։
Շնորհակալութիւն բոլոր մասնակիցներուն եւ կազմակերպիչ յանձնախումբին։
Աստուած օրհնէ բոլորդ։

YOUTH RETREAT 2026
“Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.

On May 15–17, 2026, the youth of our Church held their annual retreat seminar at Camp de la Montagne.�Through engaging and educational sessions, games, and intimate moments of prayer, the hearts and souls of the youth were renewed.��This year’s guest speaker was Very Rev. Fr. Keghart Kosbakian, who presented “Who Is the Holy Spirit?” and “Orthodox Spirituality” topics. �We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the participants and to the organizing committee.

Ուրբաթ, 13 Մարտին, Սուրբ Գէորգ Երիտասարդացը հիւրընկալեց Սեմալին Պեթարեանը, որ խօսեցաւ «Palliative Care: Witnessing God's Presence in the Final Chapter of Life» նիւթով։ Սեմալինը կը գործէ Մոնթրէալի Jewish Hospital-էն ներս՝ իբրեւ art psychotherapist ։ Ան մօտէն ներկայացուց իր գործունէութիւնը եւ թէ ինչպէս արուեստի զանազան միջոցներով կը փորձէ հիւանդներու հոգեկան ցաւերը թեթեւցնել, եւ միաժամանակ յիշատակ ձգել անոնց հարազատներուն համար։ Ան նաեւ խօսեցաւ Աստուծոյ հետ իր մտերիմ հարաբերութեան մասին եւ թէ ինչպէս Աստուած զինք կ՛առաջնորդէ հիւանդներու խնամքի ծառայութեան մէջ։

On Friday, March 13, Youth of Sourp Kevork hosted Semaline Betarian who spoke about “Palliative Care: Witnessing God's Presence in the Final Chapter of Life.” Semaline works at the Jewish Hospital in Montreal as an art psychotherapist. She shared insights about her work and how, through various forms of art, she strives to ease patients’ emotional pain while at the same time helping them leave behind meaningful memories for their loved ones. She also spoke about her close relationship with God and how God guides her in her service of caring for patients.
