𝐀 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝:

To our neighbours in British Columbia affected by wildfire: Jasper is thinking of you.

For those who have suffered the most profound loss of a loved one, we grieve with you. For those who have been evacuated, those who have lost homes, businesses, pets, or livestock, and those waiting anxiously for news, I know there are few words that can ease the uncertainty and heartbreak of this moment.

To the first responders, firefighters, emergency personnel, municipal teams, volunteers, and everyone working tirelessly to protect and support your communities, you have our deepest respect, admiration, and gratitude.

While every community and every wildfire is different, the people of Jasper know something of the difficult road you are travelling. We also know the extraordinary strength that will be found in community, and in the support of people near and far.

I know that for many Jasper residents, watching another community experience wildfire, evacuation and loss can bring back difficult memories. We also remember how powerfully uplifted we felt when people across Canada and around the world reached out to Jasper when we needed them most. In your time of need, we offer you our empathy, solidarity, and support.

To all those facing the difficult days ahead, please know that the people of Jasper are thinking of you and standing with you.

We had a fun evening, touring the town with Jasper Uplift’s Logan Ireland. It was so interesting to hear some of the behind the scene stories for each mural.  A treasure of a leader, touring us through a few of Jasper’s mural treasures. Thanks Logan!

We are excited to officially welcome four new members as Gilly, Clara,
Patty, and Marianne were inducted into the Rotary Club of Jasper. Their induction marks
the beginning of their Rotary journey of service, fellowship, and community engagement.
Members warmly welcome them and look forward to their contributions in advancing

Beautiful story of our Hinton neighbours. We will never forget the generous caring and supportive spirit from Hinton and Valemount.

Well, over $1,000 for certain!

On Friday, our friends from the Brinkman (Omar & Maegan’s) Tree Planting camp stopped in and quietly handed us a rather large envelope of $. This crew has been a part of our Full Circle journey since we opened our doors back in 2022.

The story behind the envelope?

The Brinkman crew held a garage sale of sorts at their camp, in an effort to find new homes for the belongings they no longer required. And the result was well over $1,000 in “sales”.

How and why they chose to then donate those funds to Full Circle makes a person’s heart swell and eyes well with tears of gratitude.

“We love your store and what you do. We love how you held the Jasper Relief Effort for the wildfire evacuees.”

And so, in true Full Circle fashion, we will pay it forward and donate this $ in equal amounts to our remaining nonprofit causes for 2026.

There is so much GOOD in this world!

We are community. We miss so many of our neighbours. We miss great memories and amazing spaces.  We love the efforts being made to rebuild Jasper and bring our neighbours home. Jasper is love. ❤️

𝐓𝐰𝐨-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐁𝐐

The Jasper Recovery Coordination Centre is hosting a free community BBQ to observe two years since the Jasper wildfire. Although every path is different, we are all on the journey of recovery together. If you wish to reflect on this day, just know that the supports and opportunity for community connection are available. The community BBQ is an opportunity for Jasperites to come together, connect with neighbours and friends, and spend time with one another in whatever way feels right.

🕓 2 pm – 6 pm
📍 Commemoration Park (Multi-Purpose Hall in the event of inclement weather)

• No formal program, just a chance to connect with neighbours, friends, and community members.

• On-site support will be available from the Canadian Red Cross, Recovery Outreach Services and Recovery Alberta.

• Opportunities for reflection and expression provided by The Resilience Institute.

Whether you stop by for a few minutes or stay for the afternoon, we hope you'll join us.

we had a fun, fast (and partly furious) Parks Day - proud to be part of the nonprofit community booths on display. Local artisans also had a market, the taco truck was there, live music and interpreters, kids activities and games. Amazing community spirit shared by everyone. Best hustle of the day goes to all the volunteers who got everything down before the furious storm hit.
