✨ A small corner of the festival... made especially for our little adventurers. ✨

The Family Area is a place where imaginations run wild, creativity takes the lead, and festival magic comes in pint-sized portions. 🌈🌙

Meet furry friends at the petting zoo, spin through a hula hoop challenge, transform into your favourite magical creature with face painting, belt out a tune at karaoke, and discover music made to delight audiences of all ages.

This year’s Family Area performances feature the wonderful Hendrika, the captivating Andrina Turenne, and the joyful sounds of Duane Andrews & The Hot Club of Conception Bay. 🎶🦋

Whether you’re raising the next generation of festival-goers or simply young at heart, there’s a little wonder waiting for everyone.

Artist Spotlight: Introducing the magically unclassifiable Petunia & The Vipers 🎩✨

Some artists fit neatly into a genre. Petunia & The Vipers gleefully slip through the cracks.

Blending ragtime rambles, swinging rhythms, hillbilly heart, vintage jazz motifs, and a touch of beautiful mischief, they conjure a sound that feels like stumbling upon a secret cabaret at the edge of time. Part travelling medicine show, part dancehall dream, part steam-powered fever vision, their music borrows from the past only to transform it into something entirely their own.

Over the years, listeners have compared them to everything from a 1920s speakeasy to a hobo junction where folk legends and rock’n’roll ghosts gather after midnight. One thing everyone seems to agree on? It’s wonderfully good music. 🌙🎶

🎶 A concert is seeing an artist you love.

✨ A festival is discovering ten more.
At a concert, you arrive for one performance then head home with a few great memories and a full camera roll.

At a festival, you wander from stage to stage, stumble upon your new favourite band, dance with strangers who become friends, watch the sun set over the lake and vibes, eat something delicious and local, find the coolest local artisans somehow hand making exactly what you’ve been looking for, run into someone you haven’t seen in years, and somehow leave with stories you’ll still be telling like it happened last night, months later.
Outdoor festivals are their own kind of magic. 🌿🌞🌙
