🎶Ever Sweet is the Newfoundland and Labrador folk duo of Jordan Harnum and Joelle Sunshine. Through original songs and storytelling inspired by the people, places, and traditions of their home province, the duo creates authentic musical experiences that connect audiences to Newfoundland culture. Their debut album, Red Sky, produced by Phil Churchill of The Once, has received radio airplay across Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia. Ever Sweet was selected as a showcasing artist at the 2025/26 East Coast Music Awards and has received two nominations from MusicNL in 2025. Whether performing on festival stages, aboard expedition ships, or in intimate listening rooms, the duo brings heartfelt songs, humour, and a genuine love of community to every performance.

Tickets are available at the town hall. $20 in advance. $25 at the door

Nicole Hand and Jodee Richardson are St. John’s-based artists who now work as a composing/arranging/performing duo, both on their own and as part of larger projects.

Their duo sound is a blend of their individual strengths and results in a variety of instrument combinations, drawing from acoustic guitar, saxophones, piano, vocals, melodica and omnichord. They have played to large theatres and intimate rooms with their set of well-known tunes of all genres, featuring original songs, stories and recitations inspired by Newfoundland culture and experiences.

Aside from their independent careers, Jodee and Nicole have shared the stage as rock musicians over the years with collaborations between the Pathological Lovers/Fur Packed Action and members of saxophone band Ouroboros. The two also overlap in the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra, where Nicole plays bassoon and Jodee is a frequent featured artist, and Perchance Theatre, where they both work on the creative sound design and performance teams throughout the summer season.
