We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team behind Quiz for a Cause. This special event was a wonderful way to honour and celebrate loved ones who are no longer here, while bringing together a great group for an evening of trivia, connection, and support.

We are thrilled to announce that Quiz for a Cause raised an amazing $10,186.30 to help support Wellspring Niagara’s free programs and services for individuals and families impacted by cancer across Niagara.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this event such a tremendous success. Your support truly makes a difference.

We are truly blown away by the generosity and support of our amazing community. From our incredible community partners who joined us to decorate cookies, to every person who purchased and enjoyed a sweet treat, thank you for helping make this campaign such a tremendous success.

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, and we truly cannot thank our current volunteers enough for the care, compassion, and dedication they bring to Wellspring Niagara every day. Their support helps create a safe, welcoming space where individuals and families impacted by cancer can access our free programs and services throughout Niagara.

We are currently looking for new volunteers to join our amazing team, both in-centre and out in the community through outreach opportunities.

Current volunteer opportunities include:
• Front Desk Support
• Peer Support
• Energy Volunteers (Reiki)
• Events and/or Delta Bingo
• Walker Program

We are incredibly grateful to the Fonthill Lions Club for their generous $500 donation in support of Wellspring Niagara’s free programs and services.

Support like this truly makes a difference. Because of caring community partners like the Fonthill Lions Club, we are able to continue offering programs and services at no cost to individuals and families across Niagara who are living with the impact of cancer.

Meet Megan Dyck — a true Wellspring Niagara and Rankin Cancer Run hero.

At just 16, Megan faced a rare cancer diagnosis, gruelling treatments, and being given only months to live. Through it all, Wellspring Niagara gave her a place to let her guard down, rebuild her strength, and find her fight again.

None of it would have been possible without the Rankin Cancer Run. This is a testament to what can happen when a community comes together.

Her story says it all:
"The immunotherapy has given us time and Wellspring has given us life."
