Bring the whole family and join us for a special day celebrating the incredible community that helped make Wellspring Niagara what it is today!

We’re kicking things off with our Kid Zone from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., followed by live entertainment featuring Figure Four from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.

There comes a point when you realize grief isn’t something you “get over.” It may change shape, soften and resurface, but the truth is that often, it’s here to stay in some capacity. The question then becomes: how do I walk forward with this - without shrinking my life?

Come join us for this workshop on Wednesday August 19th where we will explore integration rather than erasure. We’ll talk about making peace with the body you’re in now, understanding why grief moves in waves, and building inner steadiness without forcing positivity. We’ll explore how to redefine strength in a way that doesn’t exhaust you — and how to hold joy and sorrow in the same hands without feeling divided. You don’t heal to forget. You heal to live. This is about learning to carry light and shadow together — and continuing forward, at a pace that celebrates who you are now.

Join us for an informative and engaging Be Well Talk as we explore the benefits of chiropractic care and how it can support those living with and beyond cancer.

Many cancer survivors experience lasting physical challenges such as lymphedema, scar tissue, fibrosis, and other musculoskeletal conditions. In this session, two chiropractic students from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College will share how chiropractic care can play a meaningful role in managing these conditions and improving overall quality of life.
