Back for another year!
Dates have been set

10/27/2026

Excited, nervous, stoked… honestly, I’m feeling a little bit of everything right now!!

But more than anything, I’m so happy to be getting back to teaching and doing something I absolutely love!

There’s something pretty special about starting a new chapter, putting yourself out there and doing the things that make you feel alive.

I can’t wait to get back into that space, share what I love, connect with familiar faces and hopefully meet some new ones along the way!

Whether you’ve joined me before or you’re completely new, you’re welcome just as you are. ❤️

Send me a message with any questions or to register for a class!

Here’s to new beginnings, good energy and turning the page!

We are excited to welcome Kundalini Yoga who will be operating from our space. Spaces are still available in classes offered at our location.
