🎯Operation: Moose Broth 🫎🔥

First time pressure canning moose broth and honestly… it wasn’t as scary as I imagined 🫣

It was definitely a whole process. Roasting bones 🦴, simmering ♨️, skimming, filling jars 🫙, and finally pressure canning. Took time and patience😮‍💨, but seeing those jars lined up made it all worth it✊🏽.

Nothing better than food from the land. Moose bones, slow cooked with love, turning into rich broth for soups, stews, and sharing with family♥️.

🙌🏽Feeling grateful for the harvest and the teachings that remind us to use every part and waste nothing. 🫙

Hard work today… but future meals are going to taste amazing. ✨
