CHASE FOOD BANK The Chase Food Bank is a non-profit community organization that provides food hampers and Christmas hampers to Chase and surrounding communities.

We all enjoyed a wonderful evening with the residents of Chabelos RV Resort!

The Annual BBQ, Auction and live entertainment - The Serious Dogs had us all dancing!

Every year these wonderful people come together to help our community. The funds raised support the Chase Community Toy Shop which gifted 125 children in Chase last Christmas.

This past year we have experienced a 41% increase in the usage at the food bank as per Food Banks Canada. This increase will definitely impact us at Christmas this year.

BC Farmers Market Cards are available through the Chase Food Bank. These cards are intended for food bank clients, lower income families, pregnant people and seniors.
Coupons can be spent at all BC member farmers markets that participate in the FMNCP, and can be used to purchase vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs, dairy, herbs, vegetable & fruit plants, honey, meat and fish.

A huge thank you to Food Banks BC for hosting such an incredible conference in Nanaimo. It was inspiring to spend time with 111 BC food banks who are passionate about strengthening food security in our communities.

We came away with new ideas, valuable resources, and meaningful connections that we'll bring back to our food bank.

We're grateful for the opportunity to learn, share, and grow together. Thank you for all the work you do to support food banks across British Columbia—we're excited to put what we've learned into action for our community.

InClusive Cafe came together 3 years ago. Through our food recovery programs we have been able to provide monthly meals to communities. These meals are fresh, nutritious, homemade cooking! Our kitchen has welcomed everyone with all types of cooking skills. There is a lot of thought that goes into preparing a no cost meal as we never know exactly what we will have to cook. But we always come up with a delicious menu that never disappoints.

InClusive Cafe brings all communities together. We see community from Chase, our 3 local Indigenous bands, the North Shuswap, Pritchard, Salmon Arm and people just passing though.

Its hard to say if we will be able to continue this program. Grants are harder and harder to obtain. And our food recovery is very minimal. With the food that we receive we share with the North Shuswap Food Security Program, and making sure our clients have food is very important to us.
