InClusive Cafe came together 3 years ago. Through our food recovery programs we have been able to provide monthly meals to communities. These meals are fresh, nutritious, homemade cooking! Our kitchen has welcomed everyone with all types of cooking skills. There is a lot of thought that goes into preparing a no cost meal as we never know exactly what we will have to cook. But we always come up with a delicious menu that never disappoints.
InClusive Cafe brings all communities together. We see community from Chase, our 3 local Indigenous bands, the North Shuswap, Pritchard, Salmon Arm and people just passing though.
Its hard to say if we will be able to continue this program. Grants are harder and harder to obtain. And our food recovery is very minimal. With the food that we receive we share with the North Shuswap Food Security Program, and making sure our clients have food is very important to us.
