🌸 Its time to plant up our downtown pots with annuals, and we need some extra hands! 🌸

If you are an avid gardener and want to help beautify our downtown, then we are looking for you!

The time commitment will be around 2.5 hours this Friday (June 5th) at 10am. We will meet at the Maritime Heritage Centre.

All you need to bring is a trowel, gloves, a hat, some water, and a positive attitude ☺️

The Campbell River Downtown BIA is thrilled to bring back our annual Kite Flying Day! Bring the family down for a free, fun-filled afternoon to fill the sky with color.

In partnership with Downtown Campbell River (BIA), the City is proud to offer the Downtown Renewal Grant Program to support local commercial property and business owners.

This program provides matching funding for exterior improvements through two dedicated streams:

✳️ Façade Improvements: Enhancing the appearance of commercial buildings to create an attractive, cohesive streetscape.

✳️ Safety-Focused Design: Implementing Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles to improve security through thoughtful exterior changes.

✅ Eligible applicants may receive up to 50% of project costs, to a maximum of $10,000 per property. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
