We’re growing the team at the Silver Sage! We are officially hiring for two full-time positions to help lead, manage, and maintain our ag and community facility.

If you love the Western lifestyle, community events, and being part of a team, this is your chance to jump into an exciting new career.

We are looking to fill:

1. OPERATIONS & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Full-Time)
We need a driven leader to oversee our day-to-day operations, drive event bookings, and manage community relations. If you are highly organized, great with people, and passionate about bringing top-tier events to life, we want to hear from you.

2. RODEO GROUNDS & BUILDING OPERATOR (Full-Time)
We need a hands-on operator to keep our facility and arena grounds in great condition. If you have experience with farm equipment, building maintenance, and ground prep - and you take pride in keeping a facility running flawlessly - this role is for you.
