Are you passionate about creating meaningful programs that support Black mothers, families, and communities? 💜

Black Moms Connection is looking for a Program Lead to help lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our programs and learning experiences.

In this role, you’ll help:
✨ Design and refine program curricula, workshops, and service models
✨ Develop facilitation guides, participant resources, and program frameworks
✨ Oversee program quality and delivery
✨ Recruit, train, and support facilitators and volunteers
✨ Enhance the participant experience through culturally affirming programming
✨ Use feedback and outcome data to strengthen our programs
✨ Collaborate across teams to support program goals, community impact, and funder deliverables

🎯 This is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to help shape programs that create meaningful impact.
