Our youth are planning a Halloween party for next Friday. To help add to the fun and get some extra treats and decorations, they are looking to sell some of their Fall crafts.

We have 3 of each design in the picture (9 in total) and are hoping to sell each one for $5.00

The designs are painted on wood and will last forever if properly cared for.

If you’re interested in purchasing one, stop by the centre from 2:00-8:00 Monday to Friday or contact Jen to hold one for you ([email protected])

First come, first serve

Happy Halloween 🎃 👻

Although the majority of our youth are too young to vote in this Municipality of Chatham-Kent election, many of them WILL be old enough to vote in the next one four years from now. Our youth are members of a small community and we would like the candidates in Ward 2 to think about a few youth related questions and concerns. You don't have to respond with your answers but we would like you to take some time to think about the questions and hopefully, if elected, you could make an arrangement to visit our centre and spend some time with the amazing kids that will one day be the leaders of our community. We have had many visits from Anthony Ceccacci and Denise Maynard Ward2 and would like to get to know the other candidates a little better too- good luck to everyone running!!

1- what would you do to make sure youth in smaller communities have places to go and things to do?
2-what would you do to make our community a place we want to live in when we get older?
3-how can you make sure there will be opportunities for younger people to find part time and summer jobs?
4-what is one thing you would like to do in our community to benefit the youth?
