Blenheim Youth Centre The BYC is a drop-in centre designed to welcome the youth of our community aged 10-18.

Our inclusive setting encourages youth to participate in both structured and fun-based programming aimed at building confidence, responsibilty and social connection. Providing FREE drop-in recreational after school and summer programming for youth aged 10-18.

ATTENTION PARENTS & YOUTH-

Due to the weather, we felt it was safer to close the centre tonight. Please let your children know we will see them tomorrow. Youth with bikes were sent home ahead of the storm. All walking youth were driven home safely.

👉🏻As we say farewell to our amazing summer staff (Paylie, Julia, and Klare) and prepare for fall programming, we will be shifting our schedule this week. ⏰

🗓️The BYC will be open this Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-8:00pm. Following this upcoming week, we will be closed for Labour Day then open for our regular school hours as listed below:

✅High school aged youth: 2:00pm-8:00pm (Monday-Friday)

✅Elementary aged youth: 3:30pm-8:00pm

🌴🏅WE HAVE OUR SOLE SURVIVOR! 🏅🌴

After an incredible day of challenges, strategy, determination, and a whole lot of heart, we have a winner!

🏆 Congratulations to Emily Robert— our 2026 BYC Survivor Challenge Champion! 🏆

Emily battled her way through the challenges, outlasted the competition, and earned her spot as this year's Sole Survivor. We couldn't be more excited to celebrate her victory!

But this challenge wasn't just about winning.

We want to give a HUGE thank you to every one of our 12 contestants who stepped up for the Blenheim Youth Centre. They pushed themselves physically and mentally, faced challenges that tested their strength, patience, teamwork and strategy, and most importantly, they put themselves out there to help raise money for a cause they believe in.

Each contestant worked hard leading up to Survivor to gather sponsorships and support from our community, and then gave it everything they had during the 24-Hour Challenge weekend. That commitment is what makes this event so special.

To our contestants—you should all be incredibly proud. You helped make a difference for the youth who walk through the doors of the Blenheim Youth Centre every day. ❤️

And to Emily—enjoy that title! You earned it! 🏆

We also can't say enough about our incredible sponsors, volunteers, staff, supporters, and everyone who came out to cheer on our Survivors. This event truly takes a community, and our community showed up.
