We’re walking together for our community! ❤️

The Christmas Sharing Program is excited to announce our 1st Annual Walkathon, presented by CIBC Private Wealth – Brady Clark Advisory Group.

This is more than a fundraiser. It’s a morning to bring our community together, raise awareness about the Christmas Sharing Program, and support local individuals and families as we prepare for the Christmas season.

Come on your own, bring your family, form a team, or get your business or community group involved.

Registration: $10 Individual | $25 Family | $50 Team
Pledges are encouraged.

National Nonprofit Day may have been yesterday, but the impact of nonprofits is felt in our communities every day.

Across our community, countless organizations, volunteers and supporters work behind the scenes to make life a little better for those around them.

At the Christmas Sharing Program, we are proud to stand alongside the many nonprofits that strengthen and support our community. Each year, we do our part by bringing volunteers, donors, businesses, service groups and community partners together to help make Christmas a little brighter for local families and individuals.

As another Christmas season approaches, we are grateful for everyone who continues to make this work possible.

Christmas Sharing Information Series: Who Can Apply?

As we continue helping our community prepare for the upcoming Christmas season, one of the most important things to know is who can apply for Christmas Sharing support.

The Christmas Sharing Program serves individuals and families living within our service area, including:
📍City of Belleville | Thurlow Ward | East to Shannonville (excluding Tyendinaga Territory) | West to Whites Road | South to Ameliasburg

Not sure whether you fall within our service area? Please give us a call at 613-969-1020. If you live outside our boundaries, we'll be happy to help connect you with a program serving your community.

Please share this post with your friends, family, neighbours, community groups, or anyone who may benefit. The person who needs this information may not be following our page yet, but they may see it because you shared it.

Although Christmas may still seem a long way off, preparing early can make the season a little less stressful for families who may need extra support.

Over the next few months, we'll be sharing everything you need to know about the Christmas Sharing Program—from who is eligible and what documents you'll need, to application dates, locations, and helpful tips.

If you think you or someone you know may benefit from the program this Christmas, we invite you to follow our page and watch for each post in this information series.

You can make a difference today by sharing this post. A friend, neighbour, coworker, or family member in your network may not know this support is available. Your share could help connect someone with the resources they need this holiday season.
