Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Remote Projects

We are grateful for our families, our team, the companies we get to partner with, and the communities we get to support and build with.

We hope you all take the weekend to be with the ones you love, do something that brings you joy, and maybe even eat too much pie 😋

Talk is easy, but this is what proof looks like.

Another 8-bed just rolled out of the yard. It’s four-season ready and heading to a community that’s building for its future.

Strong communities start with good places to live.

Huge thanks to Compass Access Solutions Ltd. for the haul. Good partners make hard logistics look easy.

A promise kept to a community we’re proud to work with.

Modular doesn’t have to look modular.

We finished these units with wood siding to match the treeline around them, because a build that fits its environment is a build that lasts.

Big builds or small builds, we love it all.

There’s no shortcuts here. We have a solid crew getting the bones of the building right, wherever the job takes us.

We show up in the hard-to-reach spots and deliver, on time, done right.

Have a project on the horizon? Let’s talk.

Worn leather.
A hammer that’s earned its dents.
A tool belt that doesn’t quit, because the work doesn’t either.

We believe communities in the north and west shouldn’t wait longer for housing just because the site is harder to reach. So we show up, build it right, and keep our word.

That’s the job and the why.

Remote Projects: northern and western Canada. Remote doesn’t mean forgotten.

This is what a northern summer is supposed to look like.

Tony and his Dad, uncle, brothers, and nephews took a bike trip out to Bella Coola last week, and honestly, it’s the kind of thing that reminds us why we love summer in the north. Mountains, open road, good company, and that warm weather and long daylight hours that only show up for a few short months a year.

We know how quick this window closes, so when the boots come off and the bikes come out, we take it and goooo...

However you’re spending your summer days, we hope you are actually enjoying them.

This truck spends most of its time getting equipment and people to job sites in places most companies don’t want to go. This week, it’s parked somewhere a little quieter.

Remote is the name and it’s the work we do. But it’s also where our people choose to spend their time off. Mountains, open road, a break before the next project.

We are intentional about this... a crew that gets time to recharge comes back sharper and safer.

We hope your summer is giving you a few days like this one too.

You don’t need to become an expert in remote logistics to get a building up. That’s what we’re for.

Weather windows, road access, crew mobilization... building in remote and northern regions comes with a hundred variables most people never have to think about, until they’re the ones trying to get a project done.

We plan around the realities of the region from day one. Four season, code compliant buildings, delivered and built with the logistics already handled. You focus on the project and we handle what it takes to get there.

If you have a remote or seasonal building need on the table, reach out and we’ll tell you what it takes to get it done.

This Masset project is complete!

Back in March we shared this one mid-build: three refurbished sea cans, being converted into a doctor’s office for the Old Massett Village Council.

Here’s what it looks like now.

Proud of this crew for working on this project that’s going to serve this community for years to come. This is the kind of work we set do: practical, built right, and built for the people who need it.

As we head into the long weekend, we’re grateful for projects like this one and the team that makes them happen.

Get outside, enjoy the sun, and enjoy the time off. You’ve earned it.

Happy long weekend from all of us at Remote Projects!

From control rooms to crew housing.
Whatever the site needs, we’ve got it covered.

This is what a modular build day looks like: units craned into place and ready for use in a fraction of the time a conventional build would take.
Less time on site means less mess, less mud, and less downtime for the crews already working there.

That’s the real advantage of prefab. The heavy lifting happens off-site, long before the crane shows up. By the time a unit lands, it’s already 90% there.

Built off-site. Delivered ready. Less construction downtime.
