Shegya Rigtshoel is currently a organised wechat group formed with the members including Buddhist scholars, researchers, Senior Civil Servants, Business Men and Women, students and monks. The group had been source of knowledge to all walks of Bhutanese and more importantly the group focus to retain the sharing of knowledge of culture and tradition of our Country. Shegya Rigtshoel has also consultation committee consisting of 15 members. The consultation committee meets when ever it requires and the committee acts as governing body of the group Shegya Rigtshoel.
