How often do Brazilian fiction films talk about the climate crisis? What stories are we telling and what stories are still missing?

Join us at the Climate Live Entertainment + Culture Pavilion for the first full presentation of Climate On Scene, a pioneering study analyzing climate and environmental narratives across 33 Brazilian fiction films. Using Good Energy’s Climate Reality Check tool — applied in Brazil for the very first time — the research reveals where climate storytelling is appearing, where it’s absent, and what opportunities lie ahead for the creative sector.

That’s a wrap on week one of at the Climate Live Entertainment + Culture Pavilion! 👏

We opened COP30 by putting culture where it belongs: at the heart of climate action. The Climate Live Entertainment + Culture Pavilion brought together artists, ministers, youth, Indigenous leaders, creatives, and cultural workers to rewrite the narrative of climate negotiations through story, music, memory, identity, and resistance. 🎨✨

Culture is not a side note to climate action; it’s an engine for capacity, resilience, and transformation.

We’re honored to co-organize the Culture Heritage & Arts Thematic Day at the UNFCCC Paris Committee on Capacity-Building (PCCB) during COP30, bringing together cultural leaders, policymakers, researchers, and creatives to explore how culture-based approaches can strengthen climate action across sectors.

Throughout the afternoon, the program will spotlight pathways to integrate culture and heritage into climate policy, design systemic solutions, amplify storytelling for resilience, and elevate emerging innovations through a dedicated pitch session.
