The Call for Speakers is open! As we prepare for the second edition of United XR Europe (7-9 December 2026), we’re looking for speakers ready to share ideas, experiences, and insights with the European XR community!

The Scientific Conference is back for the second edition of United XR Europe 🔬

Following the success of the 2025 edition, the Scientific Conference is expanding with two presentation formats:
- An Oral Track on 8 December (morning)
- ‼️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿: a dedicated Poster Track inside the main exhibition hall, placing research contributions directly at the heart of the XR industry area and creating even more opportunities for exchanges between researchers, companies, startups, and professionals throughout the event.

🏆 The best submission will receive both an oral presentation slot and a poster presentation during the event.
🎟️ Accepted speakers will receive a complimentary Full Pass for United XR Europe 2026.

The competition for the European XR Awards® is back for the second edition of United XR Europe! On 7-9 December, Brussels will once again become the meeting point for the European XR community… and we’re kicking things off by celebrating the very best immersive creations 🎉
