Nos a traha for di e filosofia Africano “UBUNTU” (Mi ta paso nos ta), como un base pa colaboracion. Colaboracion efectivo pa e bienestar di muchanan y famianan ta cuminsa cu organisacionnan sano cu por traha hunto pa e bienestar comun. Predica cu bo palabra y demostra cu bo accion.
Paralelo cu e metodologia, nos a traha riba con lidera riba seguridad di mucha y familia, y con papia riba temanan dificil cu compasion y respet.

The “Samenwerken aan Veiligheid” project also focuses on leadership. In April, training sessions were organized for leaders of organizations that work with families and children around child abuse and family violence.
We worked from the African philosophy “UBUNTU” (I am because we are), as a basis for collaboration. Effective collaboration for the wellbeing of children and families starts with healthy organisations who can work together for the greater good. Talk the talk and walk the walk!
Parallel to the method we have been working on how you lead on child and family safety and talk about hard things with compassion and respect.
