I am sure all our members have heard the devastating news today of the fire at the SES Headquarters, next door to our scout hall.
I would like you all to know, thanks to the efforts of the wonderful NSW Fire Service, our hall has thankfully survived unscathed!
As we have no power at the moment, there will be no section meetings in the hall this week.
I know the cubs had planned a district meeting there this week, but I am sure the cub leaders are looking to move to another hall, and will be in touch with you all!

Hello All.
I wanted to let you all know about our plans for ANZAC Day, on 25th April. The RSL will be holding Dawn Service in the Wyong RSL car park, at 5.45am. We will not be attending Dawn Service as a group this year, however you are all invited to attend.

We will however be attending the main services, and the March at the Wyong Cenotaph, across the road from the shopping centre, at 9.30am. Could all members please wear full uniform, which includes, uniform short, navy pants, black shoes, black socks, scarf, and a broad brim hat. Also please bring along a water bottle.

The RSL will supply refreshments at the end of the march.

The scouts had a couple of visitors tonight. Our District Scout Leader, Duckie, brought his new pets along to say hi, and meet the scouts. They were very entertaining!

Very proud leader moment! These 3 young Wyong scouts attended and competed in our Central Coast Lakes Annual Competition...

Very proud leader moment! These 3 young Wyong scouts attended and competed in our Central Coast Lakes Annual Competition Camp this weekend. 3 of these boys have only been in the scout section for about 5 minutes, and they were a team member down. They worked together all weekend and reaped the rewards.
They won the leaders dinner, where they have to cook a 3 course meal for a leader, and then they went and won 1st place!
So incredibly impressed and proud of you Liam, Mason, and Levi!
BRAVO!
