📣 NOTICE OF AGM 📣
- Monday, 23rd February 2026 commencing at 4pm in the Administration building.
- At this meeting, all committee positions will be declared vacant. The current committee wish to advise they will not be re-nominating, an a new committee will need to be formed.
- We strongly encourage all parents and citizens to attend and consider nominating for a role. The P&C plays an important role in supporting our school community, and fresh involvement is welcomed.
Overview of roles:
• President - Provides leadership to the P&C, chairs meetings, works closely with the school principal, and represents the P&C within th school community.
• Vice President - Supports the President and steps into the role when the President is unavailable.
• Treasurer - Oversees P&C financials, manages income and expenses, presents financial reports at meetings, and ensures records are kept accurately.
• Secretary - Manages correspondence, prepares meeting agendas, records minutes, and ensures communication between the P&C and its members.
