NTA are doing a wonderful job of encouraging children in West Timor and Flores to read by distributing books, as well as providing Teacher In a Box servers to schools. Teacher In a Box (TIB) has a large amount of educational material and books, including the complete Indonesian curriculum that the children and teachers can access through mobile phones, tablets and laptops. West Pennant Hills and Cherrybrook Rotary Club are assisting NTA by providing the TIB servers. By the middle of this year we will have 50 operating in schools.

Hi all
We just had a fantastic three days operating our 2026 Annual Giant Booksale.
Congratulations to all of you that attended and purchased Books, Children Books, Music (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and sheet music.)
The monies raised were considerable, and will be used to support Mental Health Research, and other Rotary Charities.

Hi All,

Just one week and our 2026 Annual Giant Booksale will open.
Tomorrow at 12 noon we will stop receiving books at the Uniting Church.

The volume of books is HUMUNGOUS. (Substantially up on previous years) We are being ruthless with our book sorting. The quality of books on display should reflect our culling.

So, if you’re looking for books in good condition. Alternatively, if you are seeking CDs, DVDs, Records or Sheet music you are welcome to attend the Cherrybrook Uniting Church on 6, 7 and 8 March.

Proceeds from this event will go towards Mental Health Research and other Rotary Charities.

We are holding our 2026 Annual Giant Booksale on 6,7 and 8 March at Cherrybrook Uniting Church.

We are looking for donations of books, in good condition. Also, CDs, DVDs, Records and Sheet Music. Ring 0468 330 667 to locate a convenient drop-off point. Alternatively, you can drop of your donations to the Uniting Church on:
• Saturday 31 January 9am to 12 noon
• Saturday 14 February 9am to 12 noon, and
• Saturday 28 February 9am to 12 noon.

Proceeds from this event will go towards Mental Health Research and other Rotary Charities.
