We are thrilled to welcome Hills Butter to the ECOSS Food and Farmers Market.

Hills Butter is a local small-batch business crafting organic, cultured finishing butters designed to elevate everyday cooking and entertaining. Their range features incredible, flavor-forward combinations to take your meals to the next level:

Come down tomorrow from 10am to 2pm to grab your fresh biodynamic veggies, a coffee, a taco, and pick up a jar of artisan butter from Hills Butter!

We’ve got 2 markets in one weekend packed with fresh produce, delicious eats, and good vibes:

🛒 Every Friday Market: 3:30pm – 6:00pm

🧺 Food & Farmers Market: Saturday, 22nd August | 10:00am – 2:00pm

Grab a warm taco, sip a fresh coffee, indulge in artisan chocolates, and stock up on fresh biodynamic veggies across our beautiful 17-acre Community Environment Hub!

Gathering to honour Josh, Tobias, and the incredible produce of Silvertine Farm was a truly special moment. We are so grateful to celebrate their years of dedication and hard work—without which The ECOSS Valley Market wouldn't be what it is today.

🥦 What's Next for Silvertine Produce:

Tobias will still be at the market selling fresh veggies for the next 2 Fridays.

We're thrilled to share that Nic Lane will then be taking over to keep fresh, local produce flowing every Friday thereafter!

For a long time, so many of you have asked for a weekend market for those who can’t make it to our Friday afternoons—and we are so excited to bring it to you on the fourth Saturday of each month!

Join us this Saturday, 25th July, from 10am to 2pm for the Food & Farmers - ECOSS Valley Market!

Come along, warm up with a hot chocolate or coffee ☕, grab a delicious taco 🌮, and stock up on fresh local produce 🥦🍎.
